Amazing Grace HealthCare Services, Inc. is a Home and Community Based Agency in Texas with services geared toward people with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities and Related Diseases.
Our goal as a team is to help achieve positive health care results for individuals with special needs. Along the way, we provide support for family members too. Either, we temporarily relieve family caregivers from tasks while they take a break or run important errands, or we assist in the general caregiving of the individual at home.
We recognize the unique level of care that is required by those with developmental disabilities. Contrary to popular notion, their health conditions actually do not limit them from living a normal life with family, friends and with the general community they belong to. In fact, we fully encourage that persons with developmental disabilities pursue employment, sustain independent living and maintain meaningful relationships with loved ones and friends.
